No, in this case there should not be any suspicion. Suspicions may arise if you create a profile on Windows and then use it on a Mac.

I have been using Dolphin Anty since the end of 2021 on both my Mac and Windows versions and consistently experience the same results on the Pixelscan website. However, I have not encountered any issues when opening multiple Google accounts.

Our browser allows you to do this. You can change the mobile proxy IP address with just one click on the button next to the desired profile.
If you want to program this, then you can write a special script that will check if the IP address has changed before opening a new profile:

Please contact our support so that the support manager will tell you how to create profiles correctly so that they are of the highest quality possible. You can contact support directly in the browser interface.

Each mobile proxy operator has its own time for IP address rotation. You can change it at any time by clicking on the button. This is usually done every time you open a new profile or work with a new account.
