Your location is determined by the proxy you are using.
If necessary, you can adjust the location coordinates manually when creating a profile. Here's what it looks like:

The parameters changed on the software did not work and even the proxy did, I added the proxy and tested it but when the software runs the test the IP is still the IP of my home network

I can’t login into my account neither on website or into the program. Tried resetting the password which also doesn’t work. Support is not really helpful, what can I do? They keep saying they didn’t get any email from me either which of course was delivered. Saying my mail has problems? I can send mails just fine to any other address.
