I received a review copy from OP:
First off this guide is very long compared to most guides being sold on BHW, it is clear
@Juherianto really took the time to make it as detailed as possible, a complete step by step how to execute this method and even shared his mistakes to save you time and money in the process, it is like him basically holding you by the hand and telling you what to do and what not to do which few guides care to do. For that reason I can't cover everything but i will try to point out some of the points that I personally found very insightful however the guide cover more than what I'm going to cover below.
The first chapter gives a complete overview of of the whole method, if you already read
@Juherianto other thread he gave a teaser to what the method is, here he explains it in more details so after your done with this chapter everything will be so clear.
Then the guide gives a case study of other big stores and going into great detail on how they operate and I really like how he analyses the stores so you would see how they are doing business this also gives plenty of ideas how you can build your store since these big stores are already working with lots of artists already,if you don't know how you can desin your store or have no idea how it caan look like you'll find many examples here. He also gives pointers out how to gain artist's trust while building your store so the artists would feel more inclined to agree to collab with you.
Next the guide shows how to find the artists using various strategies that would give you an infinite pool of artists, the only downside here is you have to do this manually which like most have already said requires some hustling on your part however I don't see this would be a problem later on because after making some $$$ you can easily outsource this part to a VA to do this task for you. OP also explains who to target because not all artists will be a good fit he also reveals a twist here for artists who already have their merch how to make your offer attractive so they would agree to collab with you.
Also the there is a whole chapter dedicated to how to pitch the artist, how to handle when an artists asks about your previous collabs when you are starting out and have none, what to do when an artist requests a sample, how to set the pricing, and much much more.
@Juherianto later has a whole chapter dedicated to what mistakes he made and how you can avoid them. He explains how he should have done something else instead of what he did to avoid what happened. These are very valuable lessons and will answer anything which is clear.
For the price of the ebook this is a steal, if you are on a low budget this and want to try POD with a twist that really no one is talking about this guide. As I already said the ebook has more stuff I left out and goes into more details. Highly recommend.
