This is a very common Scam since many times when you search a user handler the result that comes up first is not for that account .
Please always make sure to check you are msging the correct username, @scrapesocial is the only official support channel !
The impersonator is using @scrapesociall and has written in the description Support 24/7 , be careful !

- We have greatly improved the scraping of hashtags and locations , the maximum amount of results has been increased significantly !
- Working on additional Monitoring Modes for Posts / Users, you will be able to spy on your target or competition posts, likers, commenters for all new content and instead of being restricted to the limit of 1000 likes per post that IG currently returns you will be able to get all of them, as targets get monitored 24/7 .
- Added an extra column with json of last 12 posts of users scraped using Engagement option . We are now the most cost effective tool on the market to find influencers and microinfluencers with full details.
Additional Information you will get for each profile by uploading a bulk list of usernames to find influencer details :
1- Average Likes
2- Average Comments
3- Engagement Rate
4- Last 12 posts of each user with full metrics (Likes, Comments, Engagement Rate, Post URL, etc)
- We are also working on a new feature to add to the Username Engagement Scraping option that will allow us to provide two aditional columns with super useful information for those trying to categorize the profiles .
