Second option i believe... just input someones username, and then if u want their following/followers scraped. And yup.

So, you are complaining because you got a 11% conversion rate from the only trial test that you did out of 100 users or because you ran a task during a maintainance period and never contacted our support about it ?

Fyi, we have people scraping anywhere from 100k profiles per day (for regular plans) to 1million per day (for professional dedicated plans), speed is definitely not an issue . You just created a task that got stuck because we probably were tweaking something at the time, should you have contacted us by any of our support channels (telegram or email) and we would have fixed it and updated in no time

There are no limits to what you can scrape and you don't need to use your accounts or proxies . 1 credit = 1 profile scraped .Conversion rates range from 8% to 60% in some cases (for example music niche),but on average you can expect an average conversion rate of 10%, so for example, 60000 credits should give you around 6000 fresh emails & phones .

We looked into this yesterday 10mins after your post and could not detect any stopped task , neither was any task stopped according to database logs .

In the meantime I noticed you have started a few more tasks and all ran without any issues, so I suppose everything is ok .

In the future, for assistance please kindly use one of the official support channels , @scrapesocial on telegram or email, this is not a support channel and you will get much faster answers through those .
