I cannot say this for sure. Since sending limit each account might be different before the actions got flagged.
What i know for sure, this blocked action will NOT delete/banned the account permanently.
It will eventually usable again, after some time. (at least from what i experienced so far, they never truly ban account)

Yes you provide the telegram accounts, this bot will automate ONLY the sending process (select contact, put message, click send, delay, pause, etc)
