in order not to be banned you have to stay stop those 3 days every month where spoty antibots start ...

I've been streaming on Spotify since 2017. I had a couple of my DistroKid accounts have tracks removed. I'd like to know a little more about these '3 days every month'. I have over 30 bots running Premium accounts doing 31 second plays over my playlist of over 900 songs. They run every day. I really don't want to have any more tracks removed.
