Yes. We offer both static or rotating proxies.
For the rotating proxies, we offer the ability to change your IP manually by making an API call or you can have it changed automatically after a rotation timing that works for you (10 mins is the lowest).

3. How many IG accounts can I use per one proxy?
You can use between 5-20 Instagram without any problem, you can even go above that, it really depends on your account quality and your settings.
However, we do not recommend having more than 5 accounts doing actions at once.
The best way is to manage timings on your accounts actions in this way you can set up only 5 accounts to do actions at the same time.
For scraping accounts, you can even go higher than 5.
