Hi, I had chance to get review copy and this is my view about the product.
I completely gone through the PDF and implemented all the settings on my heavy image website. and it worked as he promised. i am really surprised about the results what i got after this (Avg Audience Duration increased 31%, and bounce rate reduced 10%). and if you are a programmer then you can follow his video instruction to improve the speed to next level.
It is worth for what you pay.

I was late for the review copies but I end it up purchasing the course either way because is a topic I found interesting. Also, I know OP from Udemy and his standard for quality when it comes to releasing a video course.
What I like...
The course is a freaking steal at its price tag. Anybody that can afford it and is looking to learn more about how to improve a WordPress-based site page loading speed this is a MUST-HAVE course.

I am already a big fan of OP for his Udemy courses. I was lucky enough to register to one of them taking advantage of a discount coupon a few weeks back and, even though I just watched a few videos of it, I LOVE IT...
If you´re familiar with OP´s work when it comes to creating a course, you will know what to expect in regards to quality.

What I like...
- The course is comprehensive, detailed, and share in-depth insights about some very technical topics in a very beginner-friendly manner.
- Videos are less than <10 minutes long and, some are even less than <5 mins.
- I love the CDN videos - Personally, the course is worth the money just due to these.
- There´s no mention on how to implement cache for static content - Even though OP mention it in some of the earliest videos
- I was kind of hoping to see a couple of "above-the-shoulder" type of videos watching OP actually put all these advice and recommendations into practice. Especially, addressing some of the most common issues when dealing with a slow loading site.
- Add an "Over-the-shoulder" video showing you how to properly configure all plugins required to get the best possible results and any other speed optimization step you might think is important.
- I would love to see an "Over-the-shoulder" video of you optimizing a site based on Google PageSpeed Insights recommendations.
