There are many videos, i have watched more than half of them

They are very informational and they go in depth and at some times can get technical.

Pdf is also very well written and contain images that illustrate how to do certain stuff.

Overall i would say for a price this guy is selling this stuff

I was lucky enough to get a review copy of the ebook and videos. I haven't seen the videos yet but I implemented the method in the ebook on one of my sites yesterday.

I haven't done any image optimization or any other sort of optimization for this site so these improvements are pretty good just for changing a few settings. It took me less than 10 minutes to make these changes.
