This is a book compiled by OP, and is offered for free upon request. It covers a simple and useful way of using non competitive keywords in your website (including good and bad indications for whether a keyword is worth going after). This is something that you should definitely think about when doing your keyword research.
The fact it was compiled, rather than written by OP, doesn't take away from the value in it. And being offered for everyone for free, it really is a no brainer.
I want to add that OP could easily rewrite it and change bits of the process to take credit for it, but chose to credit the original creator, and I really appericiate him for that.

It is short and straight to the point. @RealDaddy proved the value of low (zero) search volume keywords I have always underestimate.
If you stuggle with SEO, have started a new blog and want to give it an initial boost this is the way to go - get this guide, find some low competitive keywords and get you project rolling.

The ebook is really good, the seller shared very usefull resources including images and links including some tips to find zero volume keywords.
In the ebook is also a case study that proves the power of this method that generated ~3000 page views in a month with a couple of articles, most of them >1000 words.
