First off, "SpawneR" - your "team" has been EXTREMELY RUDE at times, and habitually passive aggressive moat others. I can remember the times they were actually nice, because it was a pleasant surprise that never lasted long
But, of course - with this being YOUR panel and with the way YOUR team has often blamed THEIR/YOUR mistakes onto myself & other customers before (even past responses on this thread prove that + that your team have been jerks to others as well).
I'm not surprised you'd gloss over that and try to gaslight my experiences with your panel. If you oversee this mess, and allow that behavior - you too are part of the problem.
Rarely, do you or anyone at NLOSMM take accountability.
Moreover, you wanna talk PayPal?
Why don't you actually READ those messages you claim you did, jerk!
When your team removed PayPal as an option - I clearly contacted them asking if this also meant the Sellix method was gone too, since PayPal was a payment option on Sellix. And since PayPal was the only method that worked for me. I asked them this BEFORE ever making another deposit - to be aware, honest and professional.
Their reply?
That I could still pay with PayPal - but not for business/goods, but rather the Family & Friends option.
So, each time, I PAID THE PAYPAL FEE.
Why would I feel bad about making ANY amount deposit?
Be it $5 or $50?
Your team EXPRESSLY told me this was okay, and I did my part following their instructions. I PAID the associated fees.
So of course that wouldn't matter.
You weren't doing me a favor - I paid the fees each time. And that was after YOUR TEAM told me so.
Almost every other panel allows deposits of any amount (in PayPal situations, the customer having to pay the fee is standard). The others are way less than $30 minimum as well. Never hear them complaining about their customers making it "hard for the books".
But you're right, sweetheart - your poor tax records.
Because if your book keeping is as awful as you & your team are most of the time, and your records are as sloppy as some of the services on your panel - I see why you're worried.
Still, your attitude and gaslighting are uncalled for.
When you have a team of people that repeatedly make a customer feel insulted - so much to the point where they feel they need to leave a comment on a public forum - that says alot about the level of "support" and "service" you offer.
And your response says as much about your character.
I will not just ignore that ridiculous response because your team have been rude most days, totally vile on others - while occasionally being kind/professional.
My experiences are honest and valid.
Your BS is a poor attempt at saving face on the forum.

These screenshots are from a recent experience that was the final straw for me.
To give you context: this is after so many orders (recent and otherwise) being full of issues. Issues that, many times, would NOT get fixed by the date/time they said - and I'd have to lay out EVERY crumb of detail for them to double check and make things right.
This was also one of MULTIPLE recent orders that had lots of issues - especially with their Spotify services. Wow wow wow. It's a shame other panels have lacked secure plays. I would have just used another panel for that.
The plays would rarely get delivered in full, I'd have to open a ticket - support would give me their standard response & a date/time for refill. And the refills would NEVER happen without issue, unless I DID THE MATH & LEFT EVERY DETAIL.
Which, as a customer, is EXHAUSTING.
So understand this was one of multiple tickets I made that same date, same issues, and having dealt with BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Notice how, with my experience - if one order started to be refilled, and the other(s) did not, and the tickets were created at the same time - that meant only ONE order was properly sent for refill.
Because NLOSMM support does NOT handle their business well.
I sent a message a few days earlier than their start-date, after noticing this same issue coming up.
Obviously, I'm upset because this panel & support have been ridiculous - minus a brief period in August/September when they were actually nice. Guess that was a brief moment.
Well, their PASSIVE AGRESSIVE RESPONSE was to send me a screenshot of their original, standard response. Being condescending and rude, as if I hadn't been down this road with them before.

This one took TWO WEEKS of hassel (literally had to do ALL THE MATH and leave EVERY CRUMB OF INFO).....only for them to just CANCEL the order because they couldn't handle THEIR OWN MESS
Remember this, when you see Spawner LIE & GASLIGHT customers to save face in public like THIS
