Your support is a joke. I ordered some youtube views and later the video had to be deleted. I requested to update the link and all you are saying is, we can't do it, read our ToS. So now basically I am getting charged for nothing.

I got previous services properly without the support involved, thank you for it. But I will look for another provider without robotic replies.

Based on your request, it's clearly stated in our terms of services (and you agree to them once you place the order, and we even push it to your eyes so you can see it before each order https://prnt.sc/utpbjy ), once you ordered there is no way for changing of the link because your order is already in the system and it's a complex system & software and it doesn't work like you think it is working.

It's your decision to delete the video, not ours, we can't know at what count of views you exactly deleted the video, so we can't refund nor cancel it. It's clearly said that your video must be UNLISTED or PUBLIC in order to order views, if the video got deleted due to other reasons (breaking rules of Youtube, your own decision to delete it) we won't refund you, it was your choice to delete it, and your choice to order views, right?

Look for another provider but I guarantee none of them will let you "edit" the link of the order that is in progress or refund your amount after you delete the video, because we can't know how much views were sent.
We are to blame for that robotic answer, caps down and he will get a Yellow card for that for sure, I am personally terribly sorry.

There was no view started when the video was deleted, your support guy could easily check it. But yea, since you have such a strict ToS, its great to know beforehand and we should better look for some other solution instead.

Next time when support asks for a screenshot I suggest you to use Lightshot software, it gives you a link to a screenshot, and then you can send it
