@mylastvacation provided us with proof of ownership as that is what is required for this type of service..

Summary

  • This is a tad different as I knew he owned them before checking as I sold them to him.
  • The group count is accurate and these groups are fairly active.
  • The seller is a straight up honest guy as he paid me for the groups in a very timely manner and had to remind me that there was money at Western Union to pick up.

My .02 USD

I would do business with him again as all my interactions with him have been pleasant; even those not related to the purchase of the groups and including the warnings I gave him.

For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.

For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. For more information and to see whether or not your dispute qualifies, refer to the shit list rules and procedures.

Full disclosure: As BTB mentioned in his review, I bought many groups from him back in 2018: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/facebook-groups-with-almost-200k-members-for-sale.1059616/

He has been always very kind to me and 3 of the groups he sold me have made me my money back in a year, so I would say it was a very good investment and he could have asked for 3 or 4 times that amount as just those 3 groups would have been worth the investment for me.

Most of the groups have more than doubled their member count and most of them get about 500 new members per month. 3 of them are not for rent or sale and they are the ones in charge of paying my rent every month, 10 smaller groups are for sale on another thread I have here in the marketplace and the medium-sized groups are the some of the ones listed in this thread for rent.

None of them have been spammed and I have never promoted any CPA or affiliate offers because it's just not my style (it doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't do it). I have found clients on sites like Fiverr and Reddit, and have monetized them by renting the space to advertisers and selling sponsored posts "shoutouts" or charging companies to post for them. And a few of the groups I have monetized with the help of @patadeperro and the sites he sells here in the marketplace and that's bringing some income:

I spend about 15 minutes a month just to make sure they are still there. The way I set it up was like this, I opened all the groups and when people reported the spammers I sent them a private message that goes like this: "Hi ... thank you for reporting the spam in the ... group, would you like to help moderating the group?" most of them accepted and then when I got 5 volunteer mods in every group I closed them again so that the volunteers approve the posts and members, for free, just because they like doing that stuff.

Looking forward to all your pet pictures. Let's slowly turn Black Hat World into Black Hat Pet World!

I have bought a couple of groups before from @mylastvacation and I should tell you this guy is great, honest and know his craft, here are a couple of ideas about how to better use this great opportunity:

a) pay to have a pinned post.

b) Write an article about a common problem on the group you are paying the advertising, for the sake of the example lets say you pay into a job-related group, write a list of the top 10 work from home jobs, don't insert links, don't promote anything, just give a GREAT article, GREAT content.

c) Use the remarketing pixel to promote work from home opportunities to the people who have been clicking your article, you will have a very high conversion since they have clicked your article (they show interest), the remarketing for those opportunities will be pennies compared what you will pay in any other platform.

Do not think any further and take advantage of this great opportunity.

will contact you some time next week

I may be dead next week, and that may be good news for those who are currently renting the advertisement space, because it means they would be the only admins left and will get to keep the groups.

2x1 on groups smaller than 10k members. Just comment here the name of your pet and why you love them and I'll send you 2 groups and a payment link. Once you pay, I'll send you an admin invite and you're all set.

Can you confirm we spoke on skype? Just messaged you, but there are 3 accounts under that name that pop up.

Don't get scammed, my Skype ID is: frutigelatin but his ID is: live:cid.9a8daa,etc

You wouldn't destroy a hotel room just because you paid for 2 nights, right? I know 99% of you wouldn't but there's always that 1%, that's why I need to make this post.

I rented a group to someone and he thought it would be a good idea to close the group so that only he would be able to post and 24.000 members wouldn't be able to. This are real people that are used to check the group every day and interact in it, and suddenly they weren't able to do so anymore.

I told him that would kill the group and he said it was his right because he was renting it for a month, this is what happened to the group's engagement on the few days he was admin:

So here are the rules, which are the same I had posted on my first post up above:
You can change this:
  • The group cover image.
  • The pinned post.
  • The question or information new members should read when they request to join, which usually looks something like this: "If you're looking for this or that, visit this website, or type your email here)"
  • And an optional welcome message to new members every couple of days (which tags them and sends them a notification).

YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE GROUP'S NAME, NICHE OR SETTINGS AND YOU OBVIOUSLY CAN'T REMOVE ALL THE MEMBERS ABILITY TO POST IN THE GROUP.
The setting are that way for a reason, and I have spent a very long time optimizing them, adding tags, description, learning units, mentorship programs, rules, pre-approval criteria, questions required for approval, location, categories and many other little things that together combined are the reason why all the groups get a few hundred new members per week.

Facebook algorithm works the same way as any other social media, if you don't have engagement your group dies and it doesn't appear in search results anymore. That would hurt you as well because no new members will click on your link, it should be common sense.
