• The contact list was delivered via a Google Drive downloadable text file.
• The file was 13 MB and contained 280k Germany contacts.
• I used an HTTP status checker on the list and the URLs I checked returned a 200 OK status code.
• I manually checked the pages as well and they indeed were contact pages on German websites.
