So how does your "personal cc" work?

I pay you and then you pay the CC? Or something else?
 
But if you are in control of the AdWords account (because you are adding the money to your cc), how does the client (e.g. me) run the ad? Or is everything through you? For example, I say "I want to advertise http://www.test.com and I want the ad to say 'This is test website. We have great bananas and oranges for cheap prices. The domain is https://www.test.com.'" And then you do that and I pay you. Is that how this works?

What the seller did, change the owner of the ad account to a new owner with a new gmail account, what was just created a few days before.
Beside of this, the ad account was full of disapproved ads from the past. I applied for social gaming certificate, waited till i got it, I got it, after I created my campaign the account got directly suspended.
My campaign got 0 views and 0 clicks, i had no cloacker installed yet. Seller didnt want to give a replacement, so think before you buy...

why are you guys such idiots that continue to buy from this scammer after this review?
 
I'm interested but i'm scared to get banned instantly as i don't know how to handle such accounts, do you provide assistance for a fee?

Because nobody havent scammed lol
My thread is two years old already with many clients, if just a single guy bought the item he wouldn't expect but never inform before - it's not my responsibility and its not a mandatory to reply each messages
