Accounts are from Europe, sometimes are from the USA.

Paid $895 (highest package) - and received almost 2 Year old Russian Adwords account, which was transferred to a newly created NL gmail for this sale. Adwords acc had almost 800$ spent during first 3 month of it's existence.
As for communications - no good. 3-5 hour delivery turned into 12 hour delivery, seller didn't communicate delays properly (he only sent a message after 10 hours saying it will be ready asap, then 2 hours later he said he was waiting on RDP (which I never asked for lol)).

This was my experience and I think I won't use this service again.

Lol, You ve bought account and even hadn't know what to do with it
hadn't choose or made any specific request, even didn't tell anything :) there are big number of European and USA geo for different niches and use.
Before purchase, you have to request specific info or settings you prefer and exactly know, what do you want from a seller.

What do you mean by that? Are you saying that you sold a garbage account, or what?

The reason I wouldn't recommend you was because of poor communication.

But apparently you also like selling crap to unsuspecting customers and are happy to admit it. Classy!

No mate, I ve just wrote that if you had any specific request like geo, ect, you had to tell it while purchase.
About delay, I already said few times sorry to our chat. No issue
 
Received my account in a few hours. Very friendly seller and good accounts. My campaign is already running.
 
I need someone to run my ads. My daily spend is 20k. Can anyone do it for 20% of the ad spend ?
