For the review I gave @Holzr 5 niches and also 5 cities. The process was he would use the cities to find niches and the niches to marry to cities.

Summary​

  • The keywords returned were excellent.
  • @Holzr was fine to work with as one would expect and his communication was great during the process.
  • TAT was quite reasonable also considering that he had 10 different areas to cover.
  • You also get a report that will help you understand how to generate revenue with this service.

My .02 USD​

I know the local SEO process pretty well and understand how to generate revenue from local sites as well. These keywords should serve you well if you follow through with things and work a bit to generate that revenue.

*Although the report was solid in most areas it was also a tad promotional which I found a little distasteful. Take out the promotional aspects of it and it is a 9.5/10.

For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.

For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. For more information and to see whether or not your dispute qualifies, refer to the shit list rules and procedures.

Thanks for the review, I appreciate the feedback and I will bear those points in mind.

These keywords require a lot of work, I don't look at URLs and backlinks in SERP a lot of time goes into evaluating map pack competition. Finding keywords with poor map packs increases organic CTR (great for those ranking websites/parasites) and those who enjoy using GMB then these keywords should provide a good opportunity to rank. Many sellers will just find low competition organic SEO keywords, these are easy as pie to find, the real goldmine in Local SEO is also finding keywords with poor map pack results.

I can do keyword research in all of the english speaking countries such as:

  • USA
  • UK
  • AU
  • NZ
  • CA

My order was finished and sent to me a couple of days ago. It was delivered within the TAT.

The order process was very easy and the whole service very professional.

@Holzr completely over-delivered. I asked for one keyword and he gave me 17 - his workings. Of those 17, 3 are possible low competition keywords. But as well as knowing which keywords to target, I also can see which ones not to target. For me, there is value in that as well.

The keywords are low search volume because of the instructions I gave when I ordered (its a low search volume niche generally, made even more so by targeting places with comparatively low populations). However, if you can monetise them, they could be high value. I don't quite believe Google's estimated search volume at this granularity either.

I'm going to choose one keyword, create a simple one-page design Wordpress site for it and then use a GMB service here on BHW to rank for it. If necessary, I might buy a mid-priced PBN service to boost the website.

I'd definitely recommend this service if you're looking to cash in on the fact that many local businesses aren't using GMB and are missing leads looking for goods and services "in X" or "near me".

Yep, but you've still got to put in the hard work. It can be much easier than amazon affiliate etc. but still takes time and effort. You can save a heap of effort by selling directly to a network as well instead of locally.
