I received a review copy of the service

The quality is in line with what the OP states. I'd use these as T2 to power up your T1 links (and that's what was suggested to me as well). The content is spun, in some cases, it's more readable than in others, but fine for T2. The TAT for my review order was just under a month, but it seems the seller forgot about the order since it wasn't in the system, but on BHW and that happens. He did 2x the work and in 48h after my reminder to make up for it and I'm more than fine with that. At this price point, these are great for powering up your T1 links and for that, I recommend this service.
