Summary
For the review, I asked the seller to verify ownership over the website they're selling.

As this was a fairly simple review, I'll just say that the seller was able to successfully verify that they owned the websites.

Additionally, I looked some of the sites up to see if they had articles that came up in Google News and they did.

For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.

For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. For more information and to see whether or not your dispute qualifies, refer to the shit list rules and procedures.

Send me the list of websites with prices and any early bird offers if any.

Hi, I am highly Interested and have bought a few sites in the past.

However, I am a bit worried looking at your profile. You joined the forum in 2007 but suddenly got active during the last 2 months after 12 years and came up with this service. Any explanations for that as we have seen a lot of users buying aged accounts and starting an expensive service only to scam us.

1-There have been lots of instances where a google news sites goes out of news index when google reviews it for the second time which usually happens after 1 month. Do you cover that beyond 30 days? If not, why? Because an escrow transaction completes as soon the site is transferred.

2- The manual reviewer records the business address that is connected to a site at the time of the approval. Is this an original address or fake? Will there be any legal issues?

Lastly, please pm me the sites you have in stock

Interested in the English sites. Kindly provide list. Thanks.

looking to buy news sites... can you tell more. Interested in more than 1 site and also non

I am selling a small handful of Google News listed sites with good DA and PA, each one 100% Google News compliant and on a domain several years old.

Prices: Between $750 and $1,250 for English websites, and less for non-English sites (see below).

What are the benefits of being in Google News? Google News sites are super powerful and give you a massive competitive advantage: every new piece of content you publish will be in Google News, which is vastly less competitive than the normal search results. With these sites it's vastly, vastly easier to get a ton of traffic from Google, especially if you're posting content on hot topics. There are a ton of ways to make money with these sites - you can run advertising (AdSense), affiliate marketing offers, sell sponsored posts (loads of people are willing to pay good money to get their press releases on Google News) and more.

These are sites that have been MANUALLY APPROVED by Google and as such, are well in the top 1% most trusted websites. As you'd imagine, it's not easy to get sites in Google News: they have to have a lot of quality, unique content, and pass a lot of different quality checks by the Google reviewers. Even large publications who have been publishing for years constantly have trouble getting in, and there are loads of frustrated people who have never succeeded, eg:

No doubt it takes a lot of tedious work to get a new site in Google News, and if you get rejected as most do, you have to wait 2 full months to reapply. That is why many if not most Google News sites cost upwards of thousands of dollars.

Non-English Google News websites: In addition to English sites, I have ONE Google News site only in French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Indonesian and Hindi. At just a few hundred dollars, these are available for significantly lower prices than the English sites I am offering. These sites have to publish content in their designated language for their content to be in Google News.

Sale process: Sales will be done through escrow.com (fees split between us) which protects both the buyer and seller.

Refund policy: If your site is removed from Google News within 30 days (unlikely unless you are extremely spammy) and you weren't blatantly abusing the site with pure spam, I will provide a free replacement if I have any Google News sites remaining. If I have no sites left (as is the case for non-English sites by default as I only have 1 for each language listed) I can buy it back from you at the purchase price (through escrow.com again), again providing that you were not clearly violating the Google News policies.

Post in this thread or PM me for a list of sites and prices while they are still available.

This has always been my own account, not brought. If there's any way for me to verify/prove that I'm more than willing to do it.

1-There have been lots of instances where a google news sites goes out of news index when google reviews it for the second time which usually happens after 1 month. Do you cover that beyond 30 days? If not, why? Because an escrow transaction completes as soon the site is transferred.

From my own experience at least I have not had sites removed after 1 month of being approved, and am not aware that Google normally re-reviews sites at the 1 month mark from being approved as you stated (if you can link to anything about that I would like to read it as I haven't heard that anywhere). Google only states they "periodically review" Google News sites. I feel offering a replacement or refund within 30 days in the event of a site being removed (again, providing you were not spamming and violating Google webmaster policies) is already very generous, and in any case there is no reason you should be removed if you are not blatantly violating webmaster policies and spamming.

2- The manual reviewer records the business address that is connected to a site at the time of the approval. Is this an original address or fake? Will there be any legal issues?

A standard snail-mail address is listed on the about/contact page as yes it's a requirement for Google News sites to have an address listed. Google doesn't verify the address and I don't see what legal issues you're envisioning.
