There has been no talk about this for 4 days. What happened?

There has been no review so far and was wondering if someone can say how good this blogsense is. Also, is it still at $45

lol... I'm feeling the same way : D. there are currently 4 45.00 available. great low price imo ... as soon as I release 2.3, and give some time for them to get updated, I'll press for some of my users to come back and give review for you guys.

Until then here are the testimonials I have collected

This has really come along well. I love the fact that it strips the live links. Helps to keep my PR on my site. Thanks so much.

Conclusion: For the price adbox is asking, this is a definite steal. There's still plenty of places to go with this script, and I look forward to what else you plan on implementing, adbox.

I'll take a copy at $45. Please PM me payment details.

Has anyone tried this with Google Adsense? If so what plugin are you using?

ATTENTION!
BlogSense-WP 2.4 released today.

Added:

Hulu Video Embedding
Now you can use Hulu.com RSS feeds with BlogSense. Create your own personal rss video queue's and import them into BlogSense, categorizing them and declaring post/per/day settings for each feed. You can do allot with this...

Yahoo Answers Module
The much anticipated and highly requested Yahoo Answers Module is complete. What this module does is take Yahoo Answers Questions and turns them into posts. The answers are then used as user comments. Most autobloggers have all the comments load at once, and all comments will have the same date, But BlogSense schedules each comment to appear one-per-day, one appearing each day after the original post goes live, giving your post a more natural look. This also updates the post with new content for X days after it is posted, X being the number of answers in queue.

yay. Next up is integrate Amazon User Comments with the Amazon Module.

Thanks income2k, you helped secure blogsense's first in depth review! This is an excerpt from Kilaz, one of BlogSense Professional's active users and license holders.

Well.. I use both. Most of my blogs are using Autoblogged and I've tried to use Blogsense but it just doesn't seem to fit my needs at the moment. Let me explain.

Most autoblogging programs like wp-o-matic, Autoblogged, etc let you set up campaigns where you can have 1 RSS feed for each campaign. Then you can easily put all the RSS feed post from that campaign into one specific category on your blog without having to do any fancy keyword sorting. With Autoblogged you can even filter post based on keyworld if you wanted to narrow down what post are used like blogsense does.

Blogsense doesn't work that way. There are no individual campaigns. With blogsense you put all your RSS feeds in one master "RSS Pool" list. Then blogsense reads those RSS feeds and uses keywords to sort the post into their proper categories. This is nice but If you have multiple categories that are very close to each other then sorting by keywords may not work as in my case.

Blogsense does offer alot more features overall then Autoblogged though. It has a Article drop posting module, Amazon, Clickbank, youtube and Social bookmarking support for Onlywire and twitter plus a bunch of other features such as a little more control on how many post you would like it to make in day, Etc.

Autoblogged as been around longer, seems to have most if not all of the kinks worked out.

Blogsense is new product and the author has been very responsive to any technical issues which there have been a few and he seems responsive to request for more features so hopefully he gets around to adding a campaign type system.

I hope that helps...

For the next release(2-3 weeks ETA) here is what I hope to have:

  • RSS Individual campaigns, (all the other campaigns are already designed in this way, only the RSS module took a different approach because of the sheer amount of options associated with RSS publishing)
  • Automatic Transferring of Stored Images into Media Gallery (User Request)(Will help with premium WP templates and other plugins)
  • User Reviews as Comments for the Amazon Module

Hi Adbox,
could Blogsense do something like the Ebay module like This.

Also, could the Yahoo module of Blogsense do something like This like the yahoo module of WpRobot that also put up your affiliate link as a recommended product ?

Thankx

At the end of that post of the yahoo answers question, an ebay item is added. This is called WPRobot's mix module, mixing modules together.

No No BlogSense doesn't mix modules yet, Maybe that will be a future feature if enough people request it though.

I'm sure I'll throw in some gimmicky combo posts like that eventually, but not within the next two weeks.

Where BlogSense comes ahead concerning the yahoo answers modules is that the comments, which are answers, "drip" one per day, making the post look natural and giving spiders new content and incentive to revisit old posts.

Is there still a $45 spot available. If so please count me in.

Thanks

This program is getting to be so fly.

Just added support for Amazon.de

Incorporated comments from Amazon. Now it checks to see if they are there and queue's them to post one a day after post goes live. Usually grabs 10 latest comments if available.

Added automatic Custom Fields, which checks the post for an image, and assigns it to a predefined custom field, fully automating the work for your premium templates that use custom fields.

The above will also autocreate youtube video thumbnails if there is no image, or if you are adding vids through the youtube/hulu module

Since images are stored on the server, Just updated BlogSense to rename them to be the title of the post. If there are more than one imgae in a post then they will be tagged like this:

Long-Tail-Title_0.jpg
Long-Tail-Title_1.jpg

This will be great for seo and probably good for google image traffic too.
