Well.. I use both. Most of my blogs are using Autoblogged and I've tried to use Blogsense but it just doesn't seem to fit my needs at the moment. Let me explain.
Most autoblogging programs like wp-o-matic, Autoblogged, etc let you set up campaigns where you can have 1 RSS feed for each campaign. Then you can easily put all the RSS feed post from that campaign into one specific category on your blog without having to do any fancy keyword sorting. With Autoblogged you can even filter post based on keyworld if you wanted to narrow down what post are used like blogsense does.
Blogsense doesn't work that way. There are no individual campaigns. With blogsense you put all your RSS feeds in one master "RSS Pool" list. Then blogsense reads those RSS feeds and uses keywords to sort the post into their proper categories. This is nice but If you have multiple categories that are very close to each other then sorting by keywords may not work as in my case.
Blogsense does offer alot more features overall then Autoblogged though. It has a Article drop posting module, Amazon, Clickbank, youtube and Social bookmarking support for Onlywire and twitter plus a bunch of other features such as a little more control on how many post you would like it to make in day, Etc.
Autoblogged as been around longer, seems to have most if not all of the kinks worked out.
Blogsense is new product and the author has been very responsive to any technical issues which there have been a few and he seems responsive to request for more features so hopefully he gets around to adding a campaign type system.
I hope that helps...
