2. Traffic will increase as Your SERP's improve.
3. It's possible. it will cost 50% more. I don't recommend targetting as the stick rate is not known

Usually these would just get blasted away with no regard, but I have to say that thesilent provides a really professional touch. He sent a PM to tell me 2 of the urls I provided were closing down - VOX being one of them - and held off my order so as not to waste valuable link juice.
