Summary
For the review, I asked the seller for their 4000 article package. The details of my review are below.
Service Highlights
- Within 24 hours of sending the seller the information they needed, I was sent a ZIP file containing 4 separate ZIP files (for each niche), which had the articles in them. This was well-within the advertised TAT.
- The articles I was sent came pre-formatted, which was pretty nice to have. You could easily copy/paste them into a website if you needed to.
- I Copyscape checked the articles and they were between 90%-100%, which was both within the advertised percentage and above it in some cases.
- As for how the articles sounded, they honestly weren't that bad and pretty good for machine-generated content. For the most part, they were readable, but they definitely shouldn't be used on tier 1 websites. Some issues the articles had were mostly in regards to incomplete sentences, but again, they were pretty good for machine-generated content.
What Could Use Improvement
- One of the niches I provided the seller didn't have very many Ezine articles the seller could scrape for. Whilst they informed me of this, they didn't give me an opportunity to respond and proceeded without my permission on scraping articles for an alternative niche. To put this in perspective, imagine if you paid someone to go to McDonald's to get you a Big Mac and they text you saying "They don't have Big Macs but they have yogurt parfaits. Does that work?" and then before you respond, they say they got you a parfait anyway. The seller essentially did this.
- When I responded to the seller saying that I was not impressed with them rushing ahead with the review before I could give them permission to use an alternative niche, they said "Sincere Apologies.. Bit excited..", which I did not find to be a reasonable excuse to do this, nor would it be an appropriate thing to say to an actual customer.
For buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.
