okay since you're like the 6th person making false accusations without understanding things .. let me explain here in the public

when i give you an IP, say 140.82.52.93:4069 .. this is the proxy server address (not the real IP). Our architecture is:

4g USA LTE Modem <=> proxy server (140.82.52.93:4069) <=> YOU

so if you test 140.82.52.93:4069 , then the location will vary depending the closest one where to your location is.

Set the proxy up in a firefox browser, then go to whatismyip.com and you will see there it is either verizon, sprint, or tmobile
This is not a data center proxy where you can directly test the IP given and shows you the real location.
All mobile proxies works like this
