Why doesnt it rotate per request? Would be great if you have this feature.

Minimum rotation time it's 5 minutes. We do this to keep our pool clear, users with a lot of ports, can create system to rotate between ports on each request.

1. How can I rotate the IP manually? For example, I set up the rotation time up to 60 minutes and I want to change the IP from particular port. I didn't find an option.

2. I set up the geo to the particular port but I often get the IP not from the country I set up. What's the problem? As I understand I have to wait until the rotation time will expire and only then the setting of the port refreshing?

3. Can I use login and password to connect to the proxy? I think no, but I will try to ask anyway =)
