Regarding Instagram, the short answer is YES, our proxies work very well with Instagram.
On the long answer, really depends on what you are doing, how professional you are, and how do you control everything. With the right setup you should have no issues, but for example recently one customer was trying to create Instagram accounts while using the same browser (just changing the proxies, one after another) with WebRTC enabled and with no new browser fingerprints, that was doom to fail from the start and it has nothing do to with the proxies, it's all about the setup.
In essence, proxies are just a part of the whole mechanism you have to work with in order to succeed, you can have the best proxies ever, but if your bot acts like a bot and sends 100000 requests per day to follow and unfollow, it's only natural that Instagram will ban the account. The only advice we can give here is to make sure your methods are up-to-date and emulate human behavior.
