I bought a 4G package for $30 and can't figure out how to rotate/manually change the IP. I've worked with other services that had this feature, and I was under the assumption yours had the same option based on the wording on your home page. Your website also doesn't allow you to open support tickets and has zero contact information....

Unfortunately we don't have manual reset option. IP resets automatically after every 5 mins.

Also.. my IP hasn't changed for several hours now. I bought the $30 package expecting a manual IP change dashboard.. then saw on the homepage it's only for $20 package.. so I bought that and currently waiting for it.. now you're saying neither package offers manual IP reset? If this is the case I'd like a refund on both packages.
