The OP sent me a review copy of the 5k email as per my requirements. He did it very quickly, and they are well organized with the name of the facebook groups(page) they belong too.
The CSV files come with Name, Gender, Email, and Phone Number.
It's a clean job and he is very pleasant to work with.
I will certainly come back here again to order.

They are real email ids, like gmail, yahoo etc. You can use them for FB custom audience but FB is pretty strict these days. I'd suggest you to do this only if you know what you're doing.

I corresponded with NirvanaWolf over a few days, since I had initially sent him a list of groups that didn't have many email addresses to scrape.

I sent him back new ones (even some closed groups) which he then joined and got me over 5,000 emails.

This is seriously an amazing service considering how powerful having this list can be. Highly recommend you take advantage before he raises prices (which, he should).

Phone numbers are extracted as well but not a lot of users keep their number public so the output is not that high when compared to emails.
