Would not recommend this company. My site has had regular downtimes since they purchased it off an older hosting company (HasteHosting) with HasteHosting I had 0 issues.

My issues with this company have been documented in other posts, and it has been running smoothly for a little bit now.

In the last 48 Hours we have had a LOT of downtime, including our backend not working AT ALL (still) due to something being buggy with mySQL (all happened after the site was down for awhile yesterday)

They claim 24/7 support but it's anything but.

If you have a business which needs reliable uptime and if you need regular support - STAY AWAY.

I am sorry that you feel this way. But your statement about Hastehost. That was our server. They were leasing the server from us.

We have not had an issue on the shared server now for several months and yesterday yes we did have a sql issue and that has been fixed and back up and running. Your issue is on the login page and techs are still looking at it.

If you run a true business site I would recommend using a KVM VPS server and not a shared hosting system. That is if you want something that is going to be dedicated resources and more stable for your site.

Yes our support team is staffed 24/7 While most issues are able to be fixed and taken care of in a matter of min some take longer to figure out what the root cause of the issue is.
