Communication: very reactive, no dashboard to follow order status, buyer needs to ask for status updates at each step, report delivered by xls

  • Lack of information about where the guest post is really published on the chosen website. I thought it would be published in a blog section. It was in fact published from the provider account as a post (facebook-like functionality).
  • No information about the no-follow link. I should have been more careful by asking explicitly.
