This sounds like an awesome opportunity as long as the wheels are not broken over time. I'm very interested in a service like this, but want to make sure that everyone has been properly taken care of and delivered the service that was paid for.

I paid $510 for 3 linkwheels. I was originally referred to this thread by Didieh & Deliminator.
I asked Urogoldxx to do 2 of the linkwheels immediately while I saved the 3rd one for later. The first 2 we're done with a delay. He sent me a pm saying that his computer caught a virus and lost alot of his data.
Nevertheless, when the work was finally delivered, it was done very nicely. However less than a week later, some of the web2 properties died. Meanwhile, he put me in que for the final wheel several weeks later while the original wheels we're long-dead. He promised to fix them all.
When he finally delievered the 3rd wheel, it lasted 24 hours. That really pisses me off and that's about the time I went ape nuts on this board cause just to get into que, I had to post what appeared to be a very threatening post. Seriously, I don't like talking down to people nor do I appreciate frustration.
Nevertheless, the web2 properties and work was done great for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd linkwheel, however none of it is worth shit if it's broken. In fact, a broken wheel is actually considered "damage" for SEO because it takes a long time for Google to come back and respider. You need to re-ping, etc.
Finally, after all the threats, Urogoldxx did contact me and fixed everything to my liking. His work is really good when its working.
What I think he did wrong was forgot to use proxys for the properties and when he over-stayed his welcome on the properties, we all got fucked.
Overall, Urogoldxx provides a quality service using kick ass properties, and the results for SEO rankings, etc., are great --> but I think his other mistake is that he's got to many customers and not enough hours in the day to provide good communication with everybody.
When I pay $180 for a linkwheel - specifically when I can pay $100 or less elsewhere, I expected Urogoldxx to handle me like a professional. I dont like delays, bad communication, or explanations why shit doesn't work.
I'm really hoping for him that he's learned his own lesson about customer service. He really needs to have a contingency solution should any of his properties die. Even if Tumblr or Blog.com goes out of business tomorrow, he should have an immediate solution because when we purchase a $180 linkwheel, we dont tell him which properties to use. He should also provide username/passwords for all properties.
I understand that he can't give a life time guarantee for linkwheel properties - but lets be serious. He needs to make it clear to potential customers how long the linkwheel has a "guarantee" on it. I say that the linkwheel should be good for no less than 3 months.
Overall, his willingness to fix things for me, Didieh and some other friends demonstrates that he wants to continue business here. Again, he uses kick ass web2 properties and this potentially could be the best web2 linkwheel service on this board - but he's gotta provide some type of customer service to back this shit up.
Perhaps a ICQ/Skype/Messenger chat to get immediate answers for customers cause afterall, when you pay $180, you should have an open dialogue with your provider.
In a warped way, it's good this happened cause linkwheel services are now becoming popular and at least now you all know what kind of questions to ask. Here's a small list of initial questions you want to ask?
1) How long will provider guarantee the linkwheel properties?
2) Which properties will be used?
3) Will you receive email/username/passwords for properties?
4) What type of customer service? ICQ/Skype/Messenger/Phone?
5) Does provider ping properties?
6) Does provider create unique or spun articles?
7) When to expect full logs?
** Since many of us are selling these services down the line to additional customers, I'd also suggest a "penalty" clause stating that if provider fails to make time frame, then a certain amount is reduced from payment, otherwise you complain to paypal. Again, we're all in business to make money and some of us don't have time or energy to explain his excuses to our own customers.
