I ordered a Premium PBN pack of 5 sites from Don. Initially he was very cool and made sure he can accommodate my requirements.
After I explained to him exactly what I want to achieve, he said the whole process shouldn't take longer than 3 weeks and instructed me how to proceed.

From the moment I made the payment through PayPal though (24/4), he got extremely dodgy. I've eMailed him a couple of times in order to figure out what exactly is going on with my order,
but all I got back was half-assed replies about him being out of the office and promises that he's working on it and "will send me details tomorrow" etc. which never happened.

It's been 2 months, I paid the entire thing in advance and still got nothing in return. I feel I've been very considerate and didn't want to interrupt during the time he was supposedly "working".
But this is too much. He didn't reply to my latest eMail and so unfortunately I'm opening a dispute on PayPal.

You could open a shitlist post instead of the PayPal dispute, and the BHW mods will aid in getting this resolved for you.

Refunded. My apologies. I do legit business and if I don't deliver - I always refund.
