Summary
For the review, @mzonas provided a premium PBN site in the niche requested.

Service Highlights​

• The content on the site is outstanding; something you would gladly pay real money for.
• The domain itself has very good metrics and is spot on in the niche I requested.
• The about us was not some copy and paste job either as it was specific to the site in terms of what the site is about.
• The theme he chose was also real nice (it is a premium theme); very clean with relevant images and a unique logo.

What Could Use Improvement​

The footer had a link to the the theme creator/seller. I took the 14 seconds to edit that out as I'm not a fan of linking back to the theme creator.

Additional Information​

This is how I build PBN sites for my own sites and for my clients. Find a solid domain, create good content that is relevant to the site that is benefiting from the PBN site, add in images, logos and favicons and use the site to support only one site and not have a whole slew of different niches on the PBN site as that is the highest and best use of a PBN site.

That also looks tons more natural and is likely to have a better chance of not getting hit by Google down the road.

Surprisingly, not many sellers building PBN's these days... so I hope you get a lot of business here!

Now to my queries, hope you answer them:

1) I need about 6 'lite' domains now (more after I am satisfied). But I want to know, on average, what's the incoming referring domains like? (not actual backlinks, but ref domains). An average would be fine.

2) I need all of them in the health/diet niche. The niche is big enough, right?

3) You said these would still be indexed, so can I ask you to remake them as they were (archive.org)?

4) If above is not possible, can I ask you to simply be the "finder"? I have a whole team to setup the sites on them, so hopefully I can save on some of the cost (your writing cost, efforts to setup, etc.)?

I should clarify why I remove the footer links.

It is just a preference and probably not a ranking factor at all, or if it is, it is very minor.

I don't want to sully the quality of the product that is offered because of my personal preference as this is a quality product that is produced by the OP.

Hi, thank you for your interest in the service. Now to answer your queries:

1) It's hard to quote the average root domains but it is at least 15. Average, I guess, is 20-25. There are domains with 15 RD, there are some with 200. I am not fan of getting domains with thousands of links as they are usually spammed to death. I also make sure that link portfolio is clean.

2) Health/Diet niche is fine, there are lots of them dropping.

3) I don't do archive revival yet, it is worth considering. I have never done this before so I would need some time to test it first before I can offer this as an option.

4) Unfortunately, I cannot be domains finder. A lot of people struggle with finding domain names, so I rather I find them and build PBNs on them and offer full-scale service.

Hi thanks for clarification. Some people actually believe that these can be footprints. I don't really think so but I can offer this is an option if the client wants me to remove footer links free of charge ... or just leave them there.
