Summary
For the review, @Jack_Dust provided an account, associated email account, the previous email account and all the related passwords to the account
for an account created in 2012.

Information​

• The account had a little over 8,000 followers and a little over 1,000 posts, most of which are just pics of some random female.
• The most recent post was inside of a few weeks ago so it is seemly still active.
• I had no issues logging in using an USA IP although the OP says not to use IPs.

Do Consider The Following​

• 5% of the followers are real people.
• 95% of the followers are bots.
• Read his refund policy and understand it before purchasing as you cannot buy these and put them on a shelf for future use.
