Tested this Panel with my money (no free review or anything free).
Honestly, I didn't check other service but I can tell that YouTube service kinda sucks.

In my situation, I've ordered YouTube likes for one video. And the panel delivered 19 out of 120 likes ordered.
And status for this order is set to: Completed.

I contacted the support, on skype and created a ticket. They respond fast so far. And here is a screenshot of Ticket.

On FAQ there is nothing about refill time so I need to wait for a refill for up to 36hrs.

I would like to get rest of the balance back if possible as this service is not working as they say on their website.
Also, likes were decreasing all the time during this period of "Refill".
