Yes.

Anyone that has done even the smallest amount of research into how YT handles bans would know that you're lying. YT accounts are either banned the moment they're registered, mass banned for being linked to accounts that got pre-banned, or disabled for retarded amounts of abuse. Even if someone was stupid enough to abuse an account to the point that it got disabled, they can instantly appeal it the first time.

The private upvote panel ran on the same set of accounts for over a year (after the upvote update), each account doing insane amounts of upvotes per day. Runs on the exact same backend as this bot. The accounts are still active and can still upvote. I wonder why.

Found your license. Oh look, accounts that have been logged in for a while now and somehow haven't been magically banned. Not only that, but support tickets where you make the exact same claim, and received the same answers that I've given you in this thread.
