Ladies and gentlemen, we just added an a rotation links feature, what means in addition to the already built in scheduled rotation option gives you a new feature to rotate (update) the IP address whenever you want

Recently we have upgraded net hardware.
As a result response time for the proxies has been reduced in more than 3 x times

Our support replies to every client in queue. We believe its reasonable.
According to your request it has been replied and in addition we have checked your specific proxy perform logs - its was active and working all this time.

you take more than 6 hours to repy by just it is working, did you try it yourself ? is this is how support work ?
just put it in firefox and you will see
 
Ok they fixed the problem, they give me a different plan than what i purchase
all is good now, still they are very slow in responding so you can expect that

How many IPs do you have in your pool? Sorry if this was posted originally in the thread.
 
Important !!! Important !!! Important !!!
For our clients who has proxies with IP of 37.230.117.198 you must change IP to 31.172.70.100

It will not enable any changes to your actions or proxy settings or so.
You will just change the routing IP address you connect to the proxy

For those who need more info:
Our routing servers are located in the world to provider better access and response time for every of our client.
Due to the situation in the world, namely the war of Russia against Ukraine, routing servers which are located in Ru has been deactived, thats why we moved to the Germany.

In case you proxy IP is 37.230.117.198 you must change it to the 31.172.70.100
All proxy credentials, ports, settings and so are stay the same.
 
Does using reddit classify under the social media "personal plan"? Also.. you said couple of posts ago that you offer proxies from Kiev? How stable is that considering the situation..?

Reddit is under the "business plan". I do believe soon it will be under the personal plan, we are working on expanding this
For sure situation is not the best one, but our hardware are located in a safe place and cellular networking is working well, so proxies are perform too

Hmm.. I am trying out the trial package and I can go to reddit. Also, in your knowledge base you say that reddit falls under personal plan so.. I am a bit confused now.
