Review

I like to leave honest reviews of the services I use on BHW, find positives from the services delivered, and if required, provide constructive feedback to help the seller improve their service. I have to say, it has been hard this time to do any of that, but I will endeavour.
  • Order placed 2 months ago. $200 for KW's and articles only, nothing else, just 10 sets of Amazon product KW's and supporting sales articles.
  • I was specific that I expected the quality of the articles to match the sales thread samples and that if they did not, I would ask for a refund.
  • Seller agreed to my requirements.
  • Extremely long story short, it has been a complete shambles.
Pros
  • OP is polite and respectful. I have no complaints in his responses or attitude to dealing with customers, i.e. me.
  • Refund has been promised in 4 days.
Cons
  • Literally everything else to do with the service.
    • KW's - I asked for easy Amazon product KW's in the Automotive niche
      • 1st batch were not automotive at all - so rejected
      • 2nd batch were things like 'small automatic cars', 'small sports cars', 'luxury cars' - not Amazon products I can sell and not Easy - so rejected
I provided examples of types of automative Amazon products that I would be expecting, to help speed up the process and eliminate mistakes.
  • 3rd batch was literally the KW examples I had just provided - so rejected
This is my actual reply to this set of KW's

What the hell? You have literally put the 7 examples into KWfinder and picked 100 KW's. I obviously USE these KW's on my site already. I did not tell you to use these and I am not paying for me to do the KW research.
  • I expect to receive 10 x main automotive KW's and 9 x supporting KW's for each of the 10 main KW's.
  • I do not expect you to use the ones I have given as examples or something as hard to sell as cheap luxury cars, but easy difficulty KW's for products in the automotive niche LIKE the examples I have provided BUT NOT THEM.
I am not sure I can make this any clearer and I am EXTREMELY concerned that we are having so much difficulty with just the KW research aspect of this job!

Please confirm that you understand and that this is going to go a lot smoother from now on?

  • 4th batch of KW's were aimed at Adsense (i.e. services, not products) - so rejected
  • 5th batch of KW's were Amazon automotive niche products but contained some of the main KW's I had given as examples earlier, again! - so rejected
  • 6th batch of KW's finally delivered the service as promised - thank you.
Obviously, there had been quite a few more replies to the conversation as each of the KW sets arrived and again, OP was polite in every correspondence and asked for another chance to deliver. Which I foolishly allowed.
  • Articles - I reiterated the expectation that the quality should be the same as the samples or better and provided strict instructions of how I wanted the articles delivered, i.e. x number of words for each main article. OP agreed and had no questions.
    • 17 days later I asked if I could see the articles for the 1st KW set (5 x 1000 words), I was assured I would receive them on Monday (5 days later)
    • Monday came and went, nothing.
    • Tuesday, I asked for the articles or a refund.
    • Wednesday, I asked for a refund.
    • Thursday (today), I received a reply that OP's computer was broken (still logging into BHW most days but perhaps on his mobile) and that they were being emailed.
    • Email arrived - I randomly selected 1 and asked for a refund.
Sample Quality Matched? No.

A lot of people are asking for samples, the best thing I can do is provide abstracts of one of the articles randomly selected and let you decide for yourself if this is what you are looking for in a service or what would indeed sell anything.

Conclusion

So there you have it. OP is polite, try's hard but the service is not one that I would recommend to anyone and has been a complete waste of my time. However, it is cheap and you get what you pay for, which is fine if the product is advertised as such.

Verdict = F-

I tend to agree with others that the Mod who approved this BST should look to see if it is fit for purpose - tagging you in at this point @Society Girl
