Summary
For the review, @Andrew Scherer provided me with the top level service he advertises in his OP here.

Service Highlights​

• The sites he posts on do indeed have some nice metrics.
• The service was completed in a timely manner.
• He has a refund policy that is like Sears was back in the day when you bought their tools.

What Could Use Improvement​

The content was a little light in terms of volume for the articles themselves and images where not a priority for the articles either.

Additional Information​

These are strong domains and nothing you see every day while you are building links so there is some value in that to consider. Quality domains make a difference when you are building out a backlink portfolio and these fit that bill.
