I ordered 8,500 youtube views and the video has 6,800 views now.
I created a ticket (on December 19) , wait for a month and your support answerr was "Look at the order history, start counting, and you'll understand".
I tried to explay the situation and received the same answer "Look at the order history, start counting, and you'll understand" without any explanation.
and the same for the third time.
Is this the regular situation when your support doesn't explain anything?
Is that normal to receive 6,800 views when I have ordered 8,500?
