Alright OP, i've been patient enough with you and what a disaster my order has been. I ordered the platinum package on the 4th of May and until today i DO NOT have a working website store. First few messages were good , he was communicative and i was satisfied with the samples and went to order and selected my niche.
Boy , my nightmare began when the site was delivered on the 31st may, almost a month after ordering.

Here's the list of issues i have :

1.He blew his TAT by 10+ days and delivered a non working site. Logo looks like a sloppy canva job, SEO adjustments and pro storefront banners?? i dont think i got any.
2.Secondly, the niche i selected was for a home and garden site, the shopify store i got looked like a IT and computer store! The platinum package was to have 40+ products but mine only had 22??!!
3.There's even no privacy policy, refund policy . contact , faq etc pages?????
4.The original domain name for my store was taken, so guess what he did? Add an S to the end and it's solved!! Shows how much quality his work is...
5.The extra 'guides' he provides are nothing special and just simple PDF files with a few pages or lines of content. Oh yeah, where's my 'Access to monthly insider tips' ??? Whatever that means...

The seller went silent for almost a week as i sent multiple PMs and only got a reply after i told him i would post my review on his thread. He told me he will give me a new site in 3-4 days. It's been 8 days now and again multiple PMs sent are unreplied.

Will the site delivered make money as it is? NOT A CHANCE. Poor communications, delays and what is delivered isn't as promised. OP, i don't have time to play games with you anymore, im posting here and if anyone else has ordered please let me know if you guys have received the same treatment. ive asked for a refund multiple times and nothing happens. Stay away from this service you will not make money but get a world of headaches instead!

I've been meaning to post an elaborate review as well, but I had been super busy with work last week. But, it's pretty much the same story for my order as well.

I had ordered the Gold Package.

Pros

• Guides that comes along with it are decent, not worth spending more than $15 though
• Gave a nice minimalist niche
• Matched the theme and style within the niche.

Cons

• Late delivery (8+ Days after the initial order)
• Poorly done logo.
• Products didn't look like they're well researched, or related to my store name and overall, pretty basic IMO
• No proper communication after the order and post delivery.
• Asked me to add on Skype for a better explanation, still hasn't accepted my request.
• No proper SEO, for the 19 products that he added.
• No instructions for order fulfillment.

You're better off watching a couple free videos on YouTube in setting up your own Shopify store and you'll be happier.

Thank you for your honest review. You did get a working website and I you didn't like it so I offered a replacement right away. Anyways I have sent you the new store credentials. And last week was Eid and I already mentioned I would be away.

A working website as in one i can login and display on my site? SURE. A visitor would visit that site for 5 secs and close it. You only offered a replacement a week after i sent 3-4 PMs and AFTER i threatened to post my review on thread, just like this reply and the new site delivered RIGHT AFTER i posted my review here? Wow what a coincidence...

You did not mention you will be going away at all and nothing about the 'not including weekends for TAT' . I have all your PMs saved up here stop lying.
