Summary
@Neocortx's service is a keyword database that scrapes data from Google Trends and presents the information in a way that's easy to digest, mainly with its short-term and long-term scores (defined in the first post by Neocortx). The tool is pretty neat, and I could personally see myself using it to supplement my own keyword reach strategies.

Service Highlights

• @Neocortx was very easy to work with.
• The database is constantly updated to remove keywords with little value and to include new keywords.
• I must admit that I found the tool to be very smooth. It didn't feel lag at all while I was using it nor did I experience any technical problems.
• The database contains several million keywords; at the time of writing this, it has 4,682,219 terms.
• Update May 26: I saw @Neocortx added a minus operator, so I'm adding this as a service highlight.

What Could Use Improvement

• At the moment, the tool does not have any search operators (aside from a wildcard operator, "best match" button, and "exact match" button) to further refine your search (which is already highly customisable, for the record). However, @Neocortx told me that the addition of search operators is on their to-do list. Personally, I would've liked to see an exclusion search operator to omit certain keywords from my searches. (See "Update May 26")

Additional Information

• Neocortx explained to me that's the front-end developer for Termchase, although he did provide me with information about the algorithm creator and crawler programmer. Therefore, he should be to address any issues with this tool should they ever come up.
