Permanent Redirect Question

Hi everybody, I own a 6 years old PR3 domain with well established SEO and a lots of backlinks and good Google positions, but this domain is my company name which has to words separated with -, and not keywords in it. I also got brand new (single main keyword ) domain to which i want to redirect my existing domain. So the question is - how do i do it proper way without loosing all the juice, PRs, backlinks and my first page Google positions. Thanks for your help!

The only stupid question is one to which you already know the answer.
That being said you can just have it redirect every page to new site but you'll lose serps. Just use both and stick links on your developed site to new one.
