Seriously LOL at every gabbing on about an update. You could take any day of the year and of all the thousands of BHW members there will be a few hundred who's sites have JUST tanked at any given time. That's the nature of the beast. There was not Penguin 3.0 update YET, there will be another MAJOR update in the near future this is a fact. There are also updates DAILY that are unannounced this is a fact.

Etsy Products also got Hit. One of my Product was Page 1, now i have checked and i can't find it. Even on page 10.
That's strange, i only build about 10 Backlinks.
 
I lost all my new blackhat campaigns...page 1 to nth across all :(

I had the same, all my keywords stayed in #1 or jumped up actually because the competitors got hit, I won't reveal much as you say however let me just say that most if not all my links are front page links from real sites and I got not a single repeated anchor text like ever.

Exactly my link strategy and I didn't suffer at all.
 
Yeah deff something is going on and not only on english results. All languages. I am still safe just lose few spots on some keywords but too early to talk. Hope it doesn't hit bad this time.
 
The way I see it it is hitting over-optimized anchor text sites. Blackhat and stuff.
Some of my more "careful" built sites have improved while I see the serps being cleared of the most spammy sites(mine included).
The way I'm going to try and deal with this is to buy a minor link pack on the ones hit, and then diversify the anchor to some long tail about my keyword (that I haven't used before). And some generic sh*t like "click here" or just the URL.

This might be the way - but then again, who knows for sure..
