PBN'S or Blog commenting?

I think its pretty well agreed on that pbns are more powerful than blog comments. They take a lot more work to put together and maintain though.

I think you should do little more learning before putting that article up, buddy! If this is the kind of question you are asking, i doubt your readers will get much value from whatever you are writing.

Blog comments are usually pretty weak, but much safer than PBN's if they are done manually and are on quality websites. It doesn't hurt to use a little of both to cover up your backlink profile.

PBN's (ROCK SOLID PBN) is much stronger - but even what would be considered a "solid" PBN today might not be in 6 months - they are a gamble long term, but short term they are WAY stronger
Blog comments if done very conservatively and only in a contextually relevant manner, and that actually add value to the readers of the page that the comment is posted on, can also give you some solid, lower risk added juice, but not anywhere near as much as would a PBN
That being said, it is very easy and all too common to let "blog commenting" link building get out of control, and if you deviate from any of the "conservative" practices I mentioned above (make sure it's not done in huge spikes, that it adds value to the conversation, and isn't obviously a comment just for the sake of creating a link) - it ends up being identified algorithmically as "spam" and you end up in the same position as a failed PBN (Google Penalty)

Risky is only low SEO knowledge, especially how Google detecting PBNs.
But more risky is following fake SEO gurus, who already have all (or part) their PBN banned.
And until today they don't found the answer "why", from the reason above.

Blog commenting is pretty visible by follow/nofollow ratio, also have very low influence on Google ranking.
Also by rich snippets/new html tags Google exactly know which links are in comments area.
And not only Google

PBN'S will definitively have more impact on your article. More efficient with ranking. From all the BlackHat SEO techniques, PBNs are probably the most efficient. The better the expired domain names you purchase, the faster you'll see the results.

What about the websites to link out to from a PBN site?
There's a lot of debate about this.
For instance, from one PBN site you link to ONE money website, 1 page only.
Or you can link several websites from the same PBN website?

Each process has its own value. Learn and decide what you planning to put and in what sense. PBNs are definitely way more powerful when compared to blog commenting.

I'd go for PBN provided that the site's do have good metrics - If they do not have a proven track record, or no sample, or nothing to show that their PBN links can boost your authority/SERP ranking, then those are most likely spammed links that they are selling - If it's such a case, then going for blog comments would be better instead - provided if the blog comments are good and genuine.
