Pbn or free guest post?

PBN links are highly effective for short term, as mostly PBNs get penalized by the Google and its linking sites also.

I would suggest to go for guest post, rather free or paid guest post. Make sure to guest post website will be of niche relevant and have some organic traffic. It gives much benefit

I suggest you to go for high authority guest post related to your niche
 
If the DA is high, make sure to check other metrics too.

I wouldn't want a DA50 with 0 organic traffic and not in my niche.

Instead, I would rather aim my focus on relevant blogs with DA1.
 
Think of getting backlinks from sites which have traffic. that way you will get traffic too if your content is appealing enough.

I believe free guest post is better here, because it provides long term results..
 
Go for high quality PBNs. They are much more effective and you will be able to see a difference by using a small amount of good links.
 
PBN and guest post. Use PBNs to build some short term relevant authority or juice, especially high TF, RD or DR. Use the interim period to place guest posts and acquire permanent links with multiple good metrics to verify authority, as these can be what sustains the strength of the site if you decide not to continue the PBNs.
 
PBN And Guestpost Both Links Are very important to improve money sites Buddy. And mainly Build to Quality Content is second way for need to develop the websites
