Pbn or free guest post?

In my opinion, is the Free Guespost is never trusted permanently in a lifetime link, and you have to do some effect on links. if the PBN links are Cheap investment and you can get the result shortly. (Request: Whatever you do Create the Quality backlinks)

It is not a matter of PBN or Guest Blogs. You must decide based on the authority of the domains.

Before choosing the any domain, you must check with the SPAM score, DA, PA, and more metrics to get the quality backlinks.
 
I prefer both PPN and guest posts .. because each has its unique value! But you will not get anything without your pay, if you get something like free PPN or guest post, we can not guarantee anything for your SEO value .. it will be removed by the respective owners at any time which will affect the value of your site!
 
Both PBN and Guestpost is very useful to improve your search engine ranking position level to moneysites.At sametime both links quality is very importatnt
 
Both will be better, but in the long run, it is better if you go with paid services because the quality is very important here.
 
Free guest post would be the smart choice, but check the site for its metrics and spam score. They matter a lot. It is always better to be safe than sorry.
 
Both will give some results. If you wanna instant results then go for paid posts and choose the best website which is having a good number of organic traffic and trust flow.

Concentrating only about the DA is not a good idea. If you are concentration only about the DA hen you can go with guest posts. Also you need too check those (free) guest posts are ********.
 
They both do well. With this You will rank high on Google with more visibility along with organic traffic.
 
Just my 2 cents for the purpose of gaining a link, I think guest posting is more stable in the long run for this purpose.
 
It doesn't matter PBN or Guest Post. All you need is good quality of content and backlinks with your smart-work.

Personally, the only times my guest post links have ever been removed, is when I paid for them.
I have yet to have a free guest post drop off.
 
It is all about quality. in terms of PBN, I like a monthly rental system. @tiiberius is a reputed PBN seller here.

in terms of the free guest posts, I prefer a site with at least 1k monthly organic traffic. And yes, if the site covers your niche then it is a strong signal.
 
None! PBN are risky, and free guest post sites are crap in quality.

Go for paid guest post if you have the money.
