Normally people buy pbn expired domain of da around 20.
They can be searched free from expireddomain website.
For same da we can do free guest post easily.
In guest post no headache of pbn.

Should i go for guest post or pbn. Which is better in this case.

PBN links are cheap and give quick results. On the other hand, guest post requires time and efforts if you are manually approaching bloggers.

If you are thinking about third party metrics only like DA or DR, then you can do anything. If you are thinking about getting a link from a real website that has organic traffic, then the guest post is the only option.
 
Both could be great or the same shit simultaneously. This is not an straightforward or trivial answer.
A DA 20 link is just a random link by itself. Nothing greater necessarily than a 5 DA or a 30 DA link.

The only issue about PBN is that you need to take a good time and investment to create it from scratch (if you are planning to buy from one of those expired domain sites).

But if you are going to buy the link from a PBN 20 DA site or a Guest post 20 DA site, they are potentially the same great or useless.
 
Free or Paid?... PBN or Guest post?... Doesn't matter.
Quality is the prior to choose where you want to link your site. Go for Quality once always.
 
Both methods will bring you good results. Do on from trusted sites and guest post on authority sites.

You will ranker super highly on Google, attract organic traffic and gain more visibility.

Free guestposts may not be permanent, so would be good to get paid ones, but would be higher budget. PBNs could be hassle in terms of hosting, content, etc. So you require more time for PBNs, and prevent footprint etc. It all depends how much budget you have and time for it.

Hah, the paid ones aren't always permanent either.
Sometimes they take the money, wait until you can't charge the payment back anymore, then remove your post.

How much can a site go with paid pbns without getting penalized?
 
Get both of them,
PBNs with good metrics can really help for link juice,
However, If the guest post website has some good amount of visitors, it can be beneficial for both diversity and link juice!

Go for the guest post long as the sites are not former PBNs or link farms.

But it's always better to get a combination of both if and only if the PBNs are of really high quality. Popular opinion suggests that homepage rental PBNs are the way to go when going PBN
 
Go for both. Prefer a good site for the guest post which has better traffic and quality PBN will give more benefits.
 
Incase of guest posts, you have to manually outreach & sort lists before you pick few.
