Hello everyone!
For some context, I am new to the SEO scene, started about 4 months ago, and require some assistance as I am not sure what is really happening to the PBN WordPress sites that I am currently managing.

When I first started, my site was doing well. Impressions would reach about 150+ a day (granted not much but to me, it was a start), and clicks could reach up to 10+ a day. However, since March rolled around, my site has tanked in both aspects. I am not too sure how it happened, I have been doing roughly the same things - pump content out using AI, edited and added my own words, optimized it, and add images to follow it. I'm concerned that this effect will all catch up with my higher PBN tiers.

I used to have pages that would be on the first page but through checking via Ahrefs, and Google Search Console, over the course of March and April, I noticed that I have lost so many keywords and pages. Google Search Console has now labeled most of my pages as "crawled but not indexed".

I have a few hunches as to why this happening, but again, I am not entirely sure if my hunch is right. So, I'm asking here for help!

My hunch is that:
  1. Have I been given the Sandbox effect?
  2. Perhaps Google has wised up on my work and now I'm penalized by Google? Though, there are no warnings issued to me, whatsoever.
  3. Was the content I was pumping causing this effect? Was Google seeing this as spam?
I tried to bring back the lost pages with internal and external linking when I put out new content, but nothing is working and nothing is budging.

If anyone could tell me how to improve and how to go about this, please do let me know! I'm quite lost and feeling frustrated that nothing seems to be improving.
Thank you in advance!

Bro, I believe you are in a sandbox ... and ... Google has also come up with a new update because of which several sites are getting affected.

If you want to improve ... ensure that your content is plagiarism free. Try to build as many good backlinks as possible.

Try to get Guest Posts about your articles that are not ranking that much or that were initially on the first page. I know guest posts might not be easy, but you will have to try and connect with people on different networks. One of the sites is thewiki Network, which I also use when my webpages are not ranking.

When you add content to good websites, you start seeing the effects. Also, see if your website is working fine. Sometimes, if the pages have become heavy they might get deindexed by google crawlers. You can even create a Bookmark on the website I was stating above, this way you will have fast backlinks but ensure that the content you provide is also good to avoid any moderation.

Is your website related to a articular niche?

Reason is simple you have leaked your footprint to google and its giving algo penalties. Use the search button on top right and find guides on how to create pbns. They include everything about hiding footprint etc.

Thank you for this!

I went to look it up, and it was very helpful. I realized that everything I have been doing has been what they're telling me NOT to do.

Based on your experience, would buying an expired domain and then migrating everything from the penalized website there help this?
My thinking is like this: redirecting the penalized website to the new domain. Then, ensure that the new site has everything the same as the old site -- from articles, design, meta descriptions, and titles, etc.

I don't build pbns, it requires a lot in time and investment and most of the time a team working under you.
But you can find lot of people who are doing it at bhw.
